Terms of Use

These Terms govern installation and use of Multi Pickup for Restaurants (the App), provided by Jan Bauer, trading as Bauer IT Solutions, Weserstraße 12, 63110 Rodgau, Germany (the Developer). By installing or using the App, the Wix site owner accepts these Terms.

Service

The App helps Wix Restaurants merchants display eligible pickup locations in the Side Cart and save a customer's selected business location on the Wix eCommerce cart. It depends on supported Wix products, APIs, permissions, and merchant configuration.

Merchant responsibilities

The site owner is responsible for accurate business locations, restaurant operations, menus, opening settings and fulfillment methods; testing orders before accepting customers; publishing accurate pickup information; and complying with applicable consumer, tax, accessibility and privacy laws.

Plans and billing

Features and limits depend on the plan selected through Wix Billing. Prices, billing intervals, renewals, cancellations and refunds are shown in the Wix purchase flow and governed by applicable Wix billing terms.

License

The site owner receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on authorized Wix sites during the applicable plan period. Copying, resale, interference, abuse and reverse engineering are prohibited except where law expressly permits them.

Availability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Wix platform changes, maintenance, outages or merchant configuration may affect operation. No particular sales, revenue, ranking or operational result is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, lost profits, lost data or business interruption is excluded. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the App during the 12 months before the relevant event. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Termination and changes

The site owner may uninstall the App at any time. Access may be suspended for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment or legal necessity. These Terms may be updated for product, security, compliance or legal reasons.

Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Where legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the Developer's place of business.
