Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Multi Pickup for Restaurants (the App) processes information when installed on a Wix website.

Controller and contact

The App is operated by Jan Bauer, trading as Bauer IT Solutions, Weserstraße 12, 63110 Rodgau, Germany. Privacy and support requests can be sent to info@baueritsolutions.de.

Information processed

The App processes the Wix data needed to provide pickup-location selection: business-location names, identifiers, addresses and status; restaurant operation and fulfillment relationships; pickup-method status; visible restaurant menu, section and item identifiers used for destination routing; the current visitor's cart, restaurant catalog references and selected business-location identifier; and technical app-instance authentication information supplied by Wix.

The App does not intentionally collect payment-card data, passwords, customer contact lists, marketing profiles, or sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Information is used to determine which restaurant locations accept pickup orders, display eligible choices in the Side Cart, atomically move the cart's restaurant items to the selected location's menu route, refresh the cart after a change, and show configuration diagnostics to the site owner.

Storage and sharing

The App does not maintain an external customer database. Location selection is stored by Wix on the eCommerce cart. App code is hosted on Wix infrastructure and communicates with Wix APIs. Information is not sold or used to create advertising or contact databases.

Retention and security

The App does not create an independent copy of cart or restaurant configuration data. Wix controls retention of information stored in Wix products. The App uses Wix authentication, app permissions, and limited server-side elevation for restaurant-configuration reads.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Requests concerning data controlled by a merchant should first be directed to that merchant. App-related privacy requests can be sent to info@baueritsolutions.de.

International processing

Wix may process information in countries other than the user's country. Wix's privacy and data-transfer terms apply to its platform processing.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be revised when an update is published.
